Basset Momma tagged us last week with some questions to answer so here goes…

1.  Describe yourself in 7 words.  (We asked our human to answer this one because it was hard.)

Thunder:  big, loyal, sweet, stubborn, smart, independent, intense

Storm:  protective, loyal, stubborn, fast, fearless, spoiled, alpha

Freighter:  happy, fearless, energetic, smart, sweet, sassy, bouncy

2. What keeps you up at night?

Thunder:  Not much.

Storm:  Nothing.

Freighter:  Having to go potty.

Storm

3. Who would you like to be?

Thunder:  I’d like to be my son Beau because he gets to go hunting all of the time.  🙂

Storm:  I like being Storm.

Freighter:  I want to be a big dog so I can do the training thing.

4. What are you wearing right now?

Thunder:  Nothing

Storm:  Nothing

Freighter:  Are we supposed to wear something?

Thunder

5. What scares you?

Thunder:  Rumble strips on the highway in construction zones.  Why do they make the tires sound like that?  I just can never figure it out.

Storm:  I really am not scared of much, but I don’t like when things are out-of-place on walks, like when kids leave toys on their lawns that were not there the day before.

Freighter:  The garbage truck is really loud, but I am getting used to it.

6. The best and worst of blogging.

Thunder:  I like reading all of the other dogs’ adventures, but sometimes our humans put up humiliating pictures of us.

Storm:  Ditto.

Freighter:  Oh, I see what you big dogs are talking about…

OK So I Needed A Potty Break. Do You Have To Take My Picture? (Yes, I Know I Didn't Drop The Bumper)

7. The last website I visited.

Basset Momma to get these questions. 🙂

8. What is one thing I would change about myself.

Thunder:  I would like to be taken hunting more often.

Storm:  I think I am perfect.  (My human: yeah right…)

Freighter:  I would be bigger so that I could train with the big dogs.

I Want To Train Too

9. Slankets yes or no.

Thunder:  No

Storm:  No

Freighter:  Maybe, what is a slanket?

10. Tell us something about the dog that tagged you.

Fred and Gloria are the cutest Basset Hounds, (OK Fred we know you are handsome and not “cute”).  They are real characters who keep Basset Momma on her toes.  We feel like we know them even though we have only been following their blog a short time.  Fred loves to run around his yard although he has had a tough go this winter between the endless mud and the loss of the fence that contains his running.  He is also a laundry thief…haha.  Gloria is a good doggie to put up with Fred’s antics.  We are happy to see that they leave gigantic nose prints on the window just like we do.  😉

And now to pick 8 blogs to tag.  Just as Basset Momma said, no pressure.  I have enjoyed reading several posts from those of you tagged by others.  I just cannot remember who was tagged already (sorry).  So if you have already answered, just post a link to your answers so others can read too (and to refresh my memory….lol).

  1. Thank you so much! This sounds like fun, I had seen a couple other posts like this and they are so much fun to read 🙂 Love the answers the brown dawgs gave and little Freighter is just too cute 🙂

  2. This is one I think I can handle with little pressure. 🙂

Thanks for thinking of us and I think Delilah’s answers are going to be similar to Storm’s. 🙂

  3. Great Q & A! I love that picture of Freighter going potty while he still has the bumper in his mouth! Storm really does sound like the queen of the empire!! Haha!

  4. Haha – I got a kick out of these answers! Storm and Thunder are great “straight men (dogs)”, to Freighter’s punchlines.

Looks like I’m going to have to do some research prior to answering myself – a slanket? So random.

  5. ha ha ha! after we get home from work, when we let desmond out in the yard, he takes a toy with him to go potty, but he always drops it on the ground just before he starts “going”–and then often “goes” right on it. le sigh…

  6. We enjoyed reading the 7 things about you. Thank you for thinking of us and giving us a shout out. Mumsy is sorry but she has to pass on it though. She is so far behind that it is going to take her weeks to catch up. We really appreciate you thinking of us though. Hugs and nose kisses
