We had a wonderful visit with Storm and her babies on Saturday. She is thin from all of the nursing and I think she would have happily come home with us, but she still has puppies to care for.
The pups’ eyes were just starting to open and they slept most of the time we were there. Sleeping puppies make for clear pictures. 🙂
They may be exhausting Storm, but they sure are cute!

Oh, they look like wooly little stuffed bears! How cute! I am sure she misses being home with her family but she is plenty busy so I doubt she has much time to think about it. Before you know it she will be back home. What a great mom!

Is it normal to lose weight while they’re nursing? I don’t know anything about doggie child birth but I’m so used to seeing such strong looking dogs on your blog that these pictures amazed me!
