  1. We’ve been having the same problem but the warm up starts today. It will be heading your way too. Rest up so you have lots of energy when you do get out again!

  2. Tea + fireplace + good book + cuddling with at least one dog = problem solved! At least that’s how I handle it! It’s so weird to see our typical winter weather visiting areas that definitely aren’t used to it, while we enjoy temperatures above 0°C this week (>32°F).
Hopefully you’re all keeping warm and the dogs aren’t getting too bored!

  3. It is so cold here, I can only imagine how cold it is there!! Stay warm Storm, maybe you can find bumpers inside. 🙂

  4. you are so right and that photo sums it up perfectly. The sad thing, is by the time it is warm enough to enjoy the snow we will be having floods from all of the snow melting!! Barks and licks and love Dakota

  5. Awww. Poor Brown Dawgs. My boy, Flash, feels the same way. His sister wants to be out in it, though, chasing bunnies.

  6. Aww, poor pups! It’s better to stay inside and stay warm though. Hopefully this polar vortex moves back up to Canada soon and all the Brown Dawgs can go outside and play!

  7. Oh, that’s so sad. Poor guys, it is bound to get warmer soon. Just wet and cold here – never any snow. My little girl Gracie would not know what to do in snow!

  8. Oh I can see how sad you are just by looking at your bum! But nobody wants you little paws to be wet and for you to get a chill in your tummy! Stay in where it’s lovely and warm.
Much love, Carrie (Myfie, Ellie and Millie) x

  9. YES, the snow is pretty but can’t enjoy it. It’s too COLD. Be Safe and Stay Warm. Happy BlogPaws WW. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar

  10. Somebody looks amazed at the icy sight revealed through that window! How did the dogs take the cold weather? My cats have been extra cuddly.

  11. Jeffie, Rudy and Rosie sympathize. Lucky for them, it was warmer when it first began snowing, so they got to play in it. When the blizzard got going in earnest and the temps dropped, they looked a lot like Storm.

  12. We went from single digit weather two or three days ago and now, they’re telling us it will be 60 degrees on Sunday. What gives? I hope it has warmed up enough for you to enjoy some snow! Much love, The Scottie Mom.
