We had more snow over the weekend which covered the ice in our yard. The brown dawgs were excited to get out and play again. They even took some toys with them.
While we are sick of the snow, clearly the brown dawgs will miss it when it is gone.

I absolutely love love love your dogs! Would they let me snuggle them & give them kissies?
Chessies only snuggle when they feel like it…lol.
We would just be happy if it was warm enough to go out and play in it again. Hopefully this week will get warmer as forecast. Cousin Lena is coming for spring break, so I know she will have toys out in the snow like you pups.
We are going to get above freezing this weekend…hooray! Hope we get to see pictures of Lena. 🙂
Well at least The Brown Dogs are enjoying it but we can well believe you all have had enough of the white stuff. Have a marvellous Monday and stay warm and cosy.
Best wishes Molly
It should be interesting when it melts!
Seems rather easy to get the toys buried in the snow!! But they look like they are having so much fun 🙂
Storm likes to bury hers…lol.
Dakota won’t miss the snow AT ALL, it’s taller than he is 🙂
I can see that. It is deep even on our dogs.
Phoebe loves snow, too, although she does NOT enjoy being expected to do her business in it. She makes up all manner of excuses to go out yet again to play.
I think that is a girl thing. Storm is the same.
My dogs don’t play in it like that. I love the photos of snow covered dogs, those are awesome!
I think Storm loves snow the most because she buries her toys…lol. Freighter likes to eat it.
I hear you! I’m sick of the snow too but I know that Sherman and Leroy will miss it when its gone so I try to hold on to my sanity for them 🙂
I bet this winter has been a blast for Sherman and Leroy. 🙂
2 Brown and White Dawgs! Looks like they love it although we are shivering from just looking at it! Wonderful winterland pictures:)
Thanks. I will be glad when there is less snow to photograph. 🙂
The Brown Dawgs sure love playing in the snow. I cannot believe it hasn’t even warmed up a little. Sure hope Spring arrives soon.
Happy Monday,
Oz
We haven’t been above freezing for a couple of months. I think we had a couple of days above freezing here, but at the cabin not since December.
Beautiful snow photos, what fun they had. Even know I hate winter I really love snow photos.
I love them too, but I am getting tired of taking snow photos…lol.
Fun! Maya and Pierson won’t play with toys in the snow. Pierson likes to fetch snowballs, but if it is an actually ball, he doesn’t care about it. Sephi loved to fetch the rope toy in the snow. I’m not sure what it was about a frozen rope toy but she loved dig it out of the snow pile and then shaking all the snow off.
Snowballs are fun because you can eat them!
Snow covered toys and snow covered dogs! Yes, we’re tired of it, but the dogs certainly aren’t. I wouldn’t mind more snow….in small amounts….if it would just warm up a little bit more! We haven’t had any fresh snow for a few days now and what we have is packed down and icy…that’s no fun.
I hate when it turns to ice. We are supposed to warm up this weekend!
Wow! Those really are snow-covered toys. Again, such incredible shots you managed to get of your pups in action. Any time I try to snap a photo of Mr. K running around, it always comes out a bit blurry. Hope you all are enjoying the snow! Much love, The Scottie Mom.
I broke down and bought a faster camera, but I still get a lot of blurry shots too…lol.
Sweet shots. We are raining cats and dogs here thankfully would sure love some snow.
We need rain to wash away our snow…lol.
I simply adore your Brown Dawgs playing in the snow. I have a white Bichon Frizze who would love to play with me in the snow. He loves toys, and he is constantly following me with one of his favorite ones in his mouth with a mischievous look in his eyes which is his way of telling me “lets play, now”. I can just imagine this little white dog playing in the snow like your Brown Dawgs, but he is too young for the cold.
I think it would be difficult to get a picture of a white dog in snow…lol. He would blend in. Maybe next year he will find some snow. 🙂
The Brown Dawgs always have the most awesome action shots! So much fun in soooo much snow!
Thank you!
We might get tired of the snow but they sure don’t!
