Freighter is still young and doesn’t need much encouragement to run.

When there is a bird involved, he really turns it on.

We are packing up Storm because she will be spending the next week with the trainer. There is a hunt test in Indiana next weekend that filled up before we could enter, but someone scratched and we were able to enter her last minute. The trainer will take her and run her in the test. Hopefully she will be a good girl. 🙂

Have a wonderful weekend!

Thanks so much to SlimDoggy, MyGBGV Life, and To Dog with Love for K-9 Kamp and for the FitDog Friday Blog Hop!

  1. A little boarding school it sounds like. Hope she can pass the test! Mom has thought of sending us off to learn obedience or other things, but she likes the challenge of doing it all herself. Happy FitDog Friday!

    1. I am pretty sure she will not move for the trainer….lol. Its the rest that I hope goes OK. 🙂

    1. Good professional trainers have a way of getting dogs to listen to them. 🙂

  2. I’ll keep fingers crossed that Storm does well. 🙂 I had to hire a handler for Rama bc she just didn’t want to do anything but pull me on my face and collapse like a 2 year old having a temper tantrum. Oy.

Love seeing a dog in motion! Great pics!

  3. Gosh, you can really see all of Freighter’s muscles, and what great shape he is in, in those photos.
Hope all goes well for Storm with the trainer! You must miss them when they’re away from you like that!

  4. Good luck to Storm!!

Yay for Freighter, Delilah loves to run too, sadly there are limited places I can take her to let her run it off.

  5. Hi Y’all!

Hey Freighter buddy! Come visit me here in the mountains! We can really have some fun racin’ up and down these hills!

    Y’all come on by now,
    Hawk aka BrownDog

  6. BIrds don’t excite us :D… when we run we run for the love of running… or the dog does… human doesn’t really love to run HAHA!
