The days are getting shorter and our hunt test season is winding down. But the end of hunt test season means the start of hunting season. The brown dawgs like to train, but they love to hunt.
Grouse opens next week (September 15th), woodcock opens September 20th, and waterfowl will open the beginning of October.
But before the brown dawgs get down to the business of hunting, they got some more training in on Saturday.
Storm had a pretty good day. She even shared a shower.
Storm is spending the week with the trainer ahead of a test next weekend. That will probably be our last test until next Spring.
