Leave it to Storm to take a profound quote and make it all about her favorite toy. But that is a dog’s outlook on life. Nothing else matters as long as you have a full bowl of food, some treats, and your favorite toy.
This past weekend we had spectacularly beautiful weather for early November. Storm could not wait to get out for some fun which in her book is playing Kong.
So I tossed the Kong a few times and I think Storm was annoyed that Thunder kept getting in her way.
Look! Thunder is in the way again, but that did not stop Storm.
Storm finally shoved Thunder aside and was able to retrieve her favorite toy.
Once Storm got the Kong all to herself, it was time to plop down for a good chew.

Storm you sure know how to have fun! Yes our weather has been GLORIOUS! Sadly, I didn’t get to get out and enjoy it, but it was beautiful! Oh and Dakota loves his KONG too!

We were home all day Saturday because Mom had somewhere to go, but yesterday we got out a lot and had some good fun. Still waiting for cold and snow, but it isn’t happening.
Playing Kong is a fun way to spend the weekend! Good for Storm pushing Thunder out of the way!
I always love seeing your pups playing with their Kong! Barley only wants hers if there’s a snack inside–otherwise she has no interest in it! We got lots of outdoor time this weekend, too. I will not complain about warmish sunny days in November!
My dogs don’t see the Kong as a chew toy; just as a treat delivery system. And, actually, I wonder if that’s changed because it’s been years since I’ve stuffed a Kong. Looks like I’ll be changing that!
Our weekend was spent relaxing.

Storm, those boys can be so annoying sometimes, can’t they? Good job getting the upper paw! 🙂 We were still fighting lousy weather over the weekend but we did get a little bit of walking and ball play in between rain showers.
