I took a lot of pictures of the puppies on Sunday. They are just so cute, that I have to post more. 🙂
At Day 20, the pups are starting to move around and interact with one another. They have finished Early Neurological Stimulation which Cindy, (their breeder) has been dutifully doing with each pup from Day 3-16. Thank you Cindy!
This kind of early puppy stimulation is becoming more popular with breeders. Before Cindy mentioned she was going to do it with this litter, I had heard about it from breeders who breed mostly field dogs. I understand that Leader Dogs also uses it. (The above article comes from this website Breeding Better Dogs. Lots of good info there.)
It is not as easy to snap a picture of the puppies now since they are moving. I found that catching them one at a time when they stopped worked well. So here are more pictures of the pups Day 20. (Remember the red spots on their fur is nail polish used to mark them in order to tell them apart. :))
AWWWWWWWW!! What a great way to start my morning!! Puppy overload is probably the only kind of overload that’s most welcome! Great pictures, keep ’em coming!!!! 😀
I completely agree 😉
I agree with raising daisy, what is better to look at first thing in the morning? NOTHING! 🙂
Woof! Woof! CUTIE!!!! WOWie!!! Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
one cannot EVER overload on puppies! especially ones with cute little pink noses! awwwweeee:)
They’re starting to get their little chessy coats!! SO cute. There’s no such thing as puppy overload!!
When I look at these adorable pictures I’m convinced the old saying is right….Happiness is a warm puppy!
Aww, the puppies are getting more adorable by the day! Give me a puppy overload any day! Beautiful.
Wonderful pictures. I can just smell that sweet puppy breath.
Whew! That article on Neurological stimulation was long and technical. I did get through or understand all of it but I know generally what neurological stimulation is and gathered from this article that it is good 🙂 Thanks for letting us know about it.
Yay, more puppy pictures! I love the 2nd and last photos best. SO CUTEEEE!!!
Alright, that’s it. I can’t visit here anymore. I am way too jealous of all these puppy pictures!!
They look so cute!! You are so lucky that you get to visit them!!
Love these puppy pics. Keep them coming. It’s so fun to get to see them as they grow.
Love it!
They are so cute when they get under the pig rail and poke their head out like that, I was able to get pics of a few of mine like that. Looks a some of them are going to be Smokey’s color, very cool!!
I didn’t use the flash so the colors are washed out a bit. Cindy doesn’t think any will be ash or tan. They all seem to be shades of brown from darker to light. Some will probably be close to Thunder’s color and a couple will probably be close to Cutter who I understand has some silver tipping over the brown, (if I am explaining it right).
Oh my dog! I’d better not let my mommy see these puppies, or she’ll want another doggie!! 😉
Woofs & hugs, <3
~Bailey (Yep, I'm a girl!)
