7. It is such a hard chore to say good-bye to a loved family member that only is with us for such a very short time. Although the time may pass by so quickly, there are so many memories that are placed in our hearts that will remain with us forever. The first time you held the little good smelling ball of fur to your cheek, and did not want to put it down. The day that the light bulb came on and the Chessie put two and two together and realized what his or her existence was centered around. That first retrieve… So many heartfelt moments. I pray that you will always remember the good times and love that Dakota brought you, and find solace when you think of her.
