Last week we had a chance to get out and train with Thunder and Freighter’s family members.  Here are a few pictures.

This is Gunner, Thunder’s brother.  (The sun was not in the greatest position for these pictures.)

Radar, Thunder’s son.  He was super fast so it was hard to get a clear picture of him running.

Smokey, Thunder’s daughter and Freighter and Sunny’s Mom.  She has her Junior Hunter title so she knows all about watching for bumpers.

And Sunny…Smokey’s daughter, Thunder’s granddaughter, Freighter’s sis.  Sunny had a good time and actually brought the bumper back each time, unlike her brother.  More on that tomorrow.

All of the dog’s had a good time and did well.  Hopefully we can get together to train a lot this summer.

  3. They are all such beautiful dogs, I can’t tell them apart. 🙂 I love how you are multi-generational and get together to train together. Does it get confusing? Do you find yourself yelling, “Thunder, Smokey, Radar, ….uh I mean Freighter!”?

  6. GEE! Maybe I want to be a Hunting Dog! They sure look like they are having fun training! They even get to jump in the water??? How cool is THAT?!

    I’ve got to tell ya ~ that Smokey is one, BEAUTIFUL girl-dog!
    Please don’t tell Baily I said so because she might get kind of jealous!
