The brown dawgs had a little fun in the backyard splashing in their tubs filled with water and a sprinkler.  It was a good way to cool off and to tire them out.

I also took a little video of the dogs playing in the sprinkler.  Storm attacked it, Thunder tried to catch the droplets of water and Freighter looked like he had no idea what the big dogs were doing.

  1. OMG! That was great! Thunder looks like a performing circus dog!! You’d think that Thunder and Storm were the pups. Ha! Ha! Great pictures too. I love the look of the water drops! 🙂

  4. It’s great to see them having so much fun. My dogs aren’t big water dogs, but my mom’s GSDs both LOVE the sprinklers too. P.S. Those tubs look like an awesome investment for the dogs!

  7. Glad to hear that Nestle is doing so well.

    I could watch Storm dance in that water for hours. She looks like she is having so much fun. She is so carefree and joyful, she does remind me a lot of Delilah. 🙂

  12. those are some truly water loving dogs. I have a feeling Luna would not play in the sprinkler. If I put something to get out of the tubs she would splash in those. Nice to see they are having fun despite the warm weather. Gave me some good ideas too

  16. The pictures and video are terrific!! Thunder is quite the dancer. 🙂 Freighter seemed to not be quite sure if he wanted to get all that wet or not. Storm was enjoying that sprinkler. Really enjoyed these thanks for sharing them. Hugs and nose kisses

I had to laugh, though, at the video coz your dogs looked like they were having the time of their life whereas I could just imagine Honey running away with a look of horror on her face, screaming “WATER!! GETTING WET!!!” – hee! hee! Sometimes, I do wonder how different life would be if I had a dog that wasn’t terrified of water! 😀
