All three of our dogs like to watch the sky. Sometimes it is birds flying over and sometimes, like in the picture, it is a plane.
Do your dogs watch the sky?

No not really. We spend most of our time watching the ground and/or trees for squirrels and wabbits. Not real interested in birds flying.
My girls are too busy watching for squirrels to chase.
Um, I bark at the sky…okay, the birds flying in the sky…but only the big turkey vultures. I prefer they not invade my yard. I guess all that barking would make me a terrible hunting companion. BOL
Not really, they are watching the ground for squirrels and bunnies to chase!
or maybe you saw Santas sled? I only watch the sky to discover a prey… or a potentially prey, because the luck of the hunters is not really with me :o)
Look at the beauwoowoootiful pups!
Not usually. Mostly they are watching what’s in front of them or on the ground. :0 Love that picture!
Well, looking at the sky would mean lifting Bentley’s nose off of the ground. No can do! Haha! Believe me, I have tried.
Great photo! Rita watches the birds – she hates them, especially crows! Sometimes we get blimps going by (up the coast to the golf course nearby) and she watches those, but she never watches the planes.
great capture, and yes my gang is looking at the sky often too.
Maggie will put her nose in the air and sniff, but she’s just sniffing something in the wind. Jack keeps his eyes on the ground looking for scraps.
No mine are usually looking at the woods. If we hear a loud noise I tell Mica it’s a plane and she’s fine. Aspen doesn’t really understand the sky yet .
hey… not so much the sky….usually to the distance 😉
We had a huge flock of geese fly over this morning, and they were pretty low. Luke usually likes to watch birds fly over but he was a little freaked out by this group, which was pretty noisy!
One night Elvis was in the back yard barking at the night sky – there was something going on up there that he didn’t like.
