We only have a couple of bumpers, but I don’t think they have any ropes attached. Does it bother the dog if the rope is flapping about?
At first when I saw the title, I thought someone tripped on a rope! Glad that’s not the case. 🙂
The ropes are used to throw them. If Freighter gripped the bumper in the middle he would not have to worry about that rope but he insists on his own method…lol.
