Snow Patrol
We went up to our cabin last weekend to check out the snow situation. The weekend before Christmas many parts of the country had a winter storm. Some parts of Michigan got rain. Some parts got a nasty ice storm. But up at the cabin it was all snow.
We have a very nice neighbor who made a pass with his tractor so we could get our truck in the driveway. The rest of the plowing was courtesy of Hubby Plowing and Snow Removal Service. There was so much snow that hubby spent two hours plowing and pushing the snow back ready for the next dump.
When he was finished, guess who took the credit?
Now For Some Fun
It was sunny and warm with temperatures in the 40’s and the snow was nice and fluffy. Once snow removal duty was complete the dawgs got out for some fun and a nice workout running through all that snow.
After all that fun, they were some very tired pups!

Love seeing them romping in the snow. That is what we love to do too, but lately it has been below zero all the time, so we are only out for a very short time and then we have to come in. The next two days will be warm before we freeze again, so we are looking forward to getting out. Looks like a cool thing hubby has for plowing but I guess he still doesn’t enjoy plowing 😉
Those are some happy dogs! I am so jealous of all your snow! We had a dusting overnight, which just means that nothing really happened. Your snow is beautiful, and it’s great to see the brown dawgs enjoying it!

OMG Thunder got air!! And I love the one with the ears. It is quite a work out with all that snow, I bet they were tired afterwards. 🙂

That snow is incredible! I think that 11 1/2″ is more than the total amount I of snow I’ve experienced in my entire life. ROFL! The brown dawgs seem to be loving every inch of it.

What fun!! We had 4″ to play in the Friday before Christmas, but that Sunday we got 4″ of rain. Christmas was bare and muddy. Glad you guys had fun:-)

How nice that you had a bit warmer day so everyone could have fun playing in the snow! Does your hubby enjoy plowing with the ATV? My hubby used to hate it when we had a snowblower but he enjoys it much more with his ATV….I don’t hear nearly as much grumbling as I used to! 🙂
I’ll bet you were a little tired as well keeping up with them. Our guys love the snow as well but so far this year it’s been barren.
